This form isrequired to request an audio recording from the Elkhart County, Indiana Circuitand Superior Courts.  Those Courts willdetermine if your request is allowed bythe Accessto Court Records Rules. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions asfollows:

If you are authorized to receive the requested audio, and if therequested audio is available, the Court will provide an electronic recording ofthe requested court proceeding.

Recordings are not certified for court use.  The audio willbe available from this site in streaming format only.  You will not beable to download the recordings.

ANY BROADCAST OF SUCHELECTRONIC RECORDING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED BY LAW AND SUBJECT TO COURTSANCTIONS AS ALLOWED BY LAW FOR VIOLATIONS.

There is a thirty-five dollar ($35.00) fee for eachrecording.

An “Authorization Form” will be created automatically and itmay be downloaded as a PDF. Once the Authorization Form is approved it will beupdated with the judicial officers’ name and the date and time ofauthorization.

Hearing Dates
